Live To Love Celeb Livestream - OP Mall
The pandemic forced more and more malls to go online with their business. 101 decided to introduce the livestream shopping trend to OP Mall. This opened the doors to e-commerce, where shopping happens anytime, anywhere.


Star Power
The event had 3 main shopping categories: beauty, food and kids. We invited a celeb expert for each category - Joey Leung, Ava Liu and Christy Leung to be the livestream hosts. Thanks to their fanbase and star appeal, they were able to sell the products to the audience interactively.
Influencer Contest
Despite the pandemic, we were able to hold a contest in the mall, testing influencer-wannabes of all ages on their improvising skills in a livestream.

Online Shopping Experience
With rapid transformations, mall events have extended beyond the mall to the online space. By providing flexible yet reliable technical support for the livestream event, not only were the customers able to learn more about the products, they could engage and interact instantly.
Livestream Shopping
We challenged ourselves with a livestream on the go. In each episode, we had to visit different stores in the mall to sell the products there. For this event, online and offline promotion helped arouse interest, while limited-time offer incentives helped drive conversion.

RESULT
We successfully created an O2O shopping model for OP mall - shop online, pick up offline. This brought customers to the mall, drove more offline spending and
helped stores get more sales.
