Sports events have advanced rapidly in the past 10 years. Even before it became a trend, 101 already noticed the vast opportunity of sports competitions in event services. With our edge in innovation and improvisation, we can be creative with the event and let our clients shine.
Kanahei Small Animals Collaboration and Mochichi X Hunger Run
101 is the first to come up with the idea of "calorie donation" to events and is one of the few event companies that hold owned sports competitions. In 2019, we became the trendsetter of introducing cartoon characters into running events, expanding the potential participants beyond runners. The number of participants reached a record number of 6,000 as a result.

Fusion of sports and innovation
We also worked with a local illustrator, MALUT, for the HKFYG Run for Wellness event. This event adopted an untraditional promotion and created a lot of noise in the sports community.
Virtual run: Pink Run
The pandemic saw a rise in virtual events. For Hong Kong Hereditary Breast Cancer Family Registry, we converted and launched their annual Pink Run online, introducing various virtual elements. We tried to make the most out of the online nature of the event by adding a "sharing" function in the app. It allowed participants to share photos during their run, which helped expand the event's exposure.
Stanley Plaza X FOODSPORT Urban Adventure Challenge
In collaboration with FOODSPORT, we held a city hunt competition at the Stanley Plaza. Thanks to the self-developed mobile app, participants could join the event anytime, breaking time and space limits and giving participants a lot more freedom, creating a better event experience.
RESULT
101 has organised various renowned charity sports competitions and is considered one of the forerunners in this field. Such events are not limited to large-scale running events, but also CSR themed city hunts and hiking, to name a few.
